🤝 Dual-Income Support & Late Pickup Grace Policy
To support dual-income families and show our understanding and care for parents, UMC will never implement a strict late pickup fine system during unexpected circumstances. All childcare operational expenses incurred during these times will be fully covered by our academy. Alignment on individual terms and specific seasonal schedules will be clearly and formally managed through your family's Brightwheel profile.
We deeply understand and respect the intense rhythms of SF's dual-income households. Balancing demanding careers with family life is a beautiful but unpredictable journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way. In the spirit of true flexibility and community care, UMC does not enforce rigid, punitive fine structures for those rare, unexpected moments when you are running late. Should an occasional delay arise, any operational buffer costs incurred will be fully absorbed by our academy. Complete alignment on individual terms and seasonal scheduling parameters will remain neatly managed within your family's Brightwheel admissions file.
Enrollment & Tuition Policy (2026-2027): Enrollment is for the full academic school year starting August 17, 2026, and ending June 2, 2027. Tuition is calculated on an annual basis and billed in 10 equal monthly installments. Please note that monthly fees are non-refundable and will not be adjusted for holidays, Thanksgiving/Winter/Spring breaks, or student absences.
