All childcare operational expenses incurred during these times will be fully covered by our academy. Alignment on individual terms and specific seasonal schedules will be clearly and formally managed through your family's Brightwheel profile.

Balancing demanding careers with family life is a beautiful but unpredictable journey, and we are here to support you every step of the way. In the spirit of true flexibility and community care, UMC does not enforce rigid, punitive fine structures for those rare, unexpected moments when you are running late. Should an occasional delay arise, any operational buffer costs incurred will be fully absorbed by our academy.
